What's available?

The Synago series currently includes four titles.

Each of the student-leader volumes gives sixteen sessions (a semester’s worth) that are topical Bible studies. Each volume has the same start-up information and helps for student leaders, so you may begin with any volume. Both of the student leaders and the adults who are working with the group(s) will want to have a copy.

The training video is also for both the adults working with the group(s) and the student leaders. It is best to view it together so that both the leaders and adults understand their roles and responsibilities and can fully support one another.

The small group notebook is the hands-on piece for everyone. Provide copies to student leaders, adult counselors, and the other youth members of each small group. The notebook contains the Scripture readings for each session, personal reflection and response activities for the week, and space for note taking and recording prayer requests.

The introductory video (which is available free on this website or in video cassette) is a great way to generate excitement and support for starting your student-led small group ministry. Use it to recruit student leaders and adult counselors and to publicize your small group ministry to parents, pastors, and others whose support you’ll need.
